The builds are LLM-agnostic, so the model underneath can be chosen to satisfy your confidentiality and data-residency requirements, including local models that never send data outside your infrastructure, which we scope in the first conversation.

Neither. Every build ships with the source, a runbook and a clean exit. Your team runs it after I leave, with thirty days of support to settle it in. And because the system isn't tied to one AI vendor, it survives model and pricing changes too.

A fixed price, agreed before anything starts. If you want one, there's a free 15-minute walkthrough first. The first conversation is £650: forty-five minutes, a written report you keep either way, and a review call. If you carry on, the fee comes off whatever comes next: your first month or a build. Monthly is £650 a month for businesses under ten people, or £1,000 a month for teams of ten or more: two sessions a month, I build in between, and nothing goes out without your yes. Larger builds are quoted from the report, from £4,500.
