Two sessions a month. Between them, I build. In each session I show you what's ready, you approve it, and I show you how to run it yourself. Between sessions you can email me, and I reply by the next working day. Every Friday you get one page: what got done, the hours it saved, anything that needed your approval, anything that went wrong, and what's next.

Why can't I just use ChatGPT?

You can, and many owners try. It stalls because nobody sits down to sort out the job first. It doesn't know your business, and nobody checks it on your real work. That's the part I do.

Will it replace my staff?

No. You and your team are in charge of everything. What goes is the re-keying, the chasing and the copy-paste, so everyone has more time for the work that needs them.

What happens to my data?

It stays in the tools you already use and accounts you own. I tell you what each part can see before it sees it.

What if it gets something wrong?

You'll know. Mistakes show up in the Friday page, with what went wrong and how it was undone.

Which AI do you use?

Any, or none. I work with OpenAI or Anthropic on your own subscription, or a local model if your data needs to stay in-house. We work out which in the first conversation. You're never tied to one supplier, and often the answer is a better process with no AI in it.
