saulera is an ai-agentic build studio for small and medium businesses.
founded in 2026 by linards bērziņš — small by choice. one person scopes, builds, ships, and hands over every project.

i — depth
ten years of martech depth.
i was the senior email developer behind campaigns you've seen — audi, vw, o2, virgin media. hands-on in apis and liquid, working alongside journey builders and data engineers. i built what actually shipped, not the deck that promised it. the work that matters is the work that ships.

ii — the agentic shift
the agentic shift.
then ai grew up. as these models learned to actually do things, two problems were obvious: most ai consultants would never ship anything real, and the genuinely useful tooling would never reach the businesses that needed it most — the ones running on spreadsheets, gmail, and patience. that gap is why saulera exists.
iii — small by design
small by design, not by accident.
saulera is me. the person who takes your brief is the person who builds it and hands it over — no account managers, no junior layer doing the real work. small enough to stay accountable, senior enough to ship in production. that's deliberate. based in east grinstead, west sussex, i work with clients across london and remotely — and started saulera so smaller businesses could use the engineering i built for global brands.
working principles
discipline holding the optimism. four rules i don't break.
i ship working software.
not slide decks, not strategy memos. you hire a build studio because something needs to exist by friday.
i say no to engagements that won't ship.
if the scope is wrong, the budget too thin, or the timing off — i say so. a clean no preserves trust longer than a polite yes.
i run on what i build.
fredis, my 24-skill agentic advisor, runs my own operation daily. every client system clears the same bar. if i wouldn't run it myself, i won't ask you to.
i document so you don't depend on me.
every workflow ships with a runbook, every app with handover docs. your team runs it after i leave — not a retainer trap.
think i'm the right shape for what you need built?
30 minutes. one workflow. honest answer either way.
