With a free 30-minute intro call. If it looks like a fit, you fill in a ten-minute form, then we talk for forty-five minutes about where your week goes. Afterwards I write a short report: the jobs costing you the most time, which to fix first, and what each fix would give back. Then we go through it together, and you decide what happens next. The report is yours to keep either way.
Every price is agreed before anything starts. The first conversation is £650. The report is yours to keep either way, and if you carry on, the fee comes off whatever comes next: your first month or a build. Monthly is £650 a month for a business with fewer than ten people, or £1,000 a month for a team of ten or more. Larger builds start from £4,500, and a larger app build is £12,000.
Two sessions a month. Between them, I build. In each session I show you what's ready, you approve it, and I show you how to run it yourself. Every Friday you get one page: what got done, the hours it saved, anything that needed your approval, anything that went wrong, and what's next. Between sessions, email me and I reply by the next working day.
Nothing locks you in. Cancel any month and you keep everything I've built. It lives in your own accounts, with a plain runbook, so your team can run it without me. I document so you don't depend on me. That's the point.

Most jobs fit inside the monthly sessions: replies drafted and waiting for you, a follow-up that goes once you've approved it, a report that builds itself. A larger build is for something the whole business will run on, like a custom tool or a system that joins up your software. I quote it after the first conversation. Every build is a fixed price, agreed before anything starts. A larger build runs four to sixteen weeks depending on scope, shipped in stages.
You can, and many owners try. It stalls because nobody sits down to sort out the job first. It doesn't know your business, and nobody checks it on your real work before you rely on it. That's the part I do.
A platform charges you a few hundred pounds a month for the fix, and when you stop paying it switches off. When you work with me, what I build lives in your own accounts on the tools you already pay for, and if you cancel you keep all of it. If a monthly platform genuinely fits your job, I'll tell you so.
No. You and your team are in charge of everything. What goes is the re-keying, the chasing and the copy-paste, so everyone has more time for the work that needs them.
Yes. It's the first thing I design for. I work inside your own tools and accounts, I don't move data where it doesn't belong, and I build to UK and EU data rules (GDPR). I tell you what each part can see before it sees it.
You'll know. Nothing that sends a message, spends money or deletes data happens without your approval. Mistakes show up in the Friday page, along with who gets alerted and how the change is undone.
None in particular, and no. Every system I build is LLM-agnostic: it can run on OpenAI or Anthropic on your own subscription, or on a local model if your data needs to stay in-house (we work out which in the first conversation), and it's designed so the model underneath can be swapped without rebuilding the system. If your data policy needs a specific vendor, a UK or EU region, or a model that never leaves your own infrastructure, the build follows your rules. You're never tied to one AI company's pricing or terms.
I don't pitch AI assistants I haven't used. I run my own business on one, every day. I build the thing, show it working, and hand it over. If AI won't actually help your job, I'll say so. Evidence first, honest answer either way.
Both terms get used for this work. Saulera is one person in East Grinstead, so I do the thinking and the building myself. A larger AI agency makes sense if you need a team on site every week. I'm early, and I say so. The systems on my site are built and running, not paid client engagements, and every one is open to a walkthrough. Two are written up as full case studies with numbers and sources: Fredis, the system I run my own business on, and Gerboni, a live shop with a customer-response assistant answering round the clock.
