Are we tied to one AI vendor?
No. Every system I build is LLM-agnostic. OpenAI or Anthropic on your own subscription, or a local model, can power it, and the model can be swapped as pricing and quality shift, without touching the rest of the build.
What does it cost for an e-commerce brand?
A fixed price, agreed before anything starts. If you want one, there's a free 15-minute walkthrough first. The first conversation is £650: forty-five minutes, a written report you keep either way, and a review call. If you carry on, the fee comes off whatever comes next: your first month or a build. Monthly is £650 a month for businesses under ten people, or £1,000 a month for teams of ten or more: two sessions a month, I build in between, and nothing goes out without your yes. Larger builds are quoted from the report, from £4,500.
